Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Before your report is sent: cancel any time for a full refund.
• After your report is sent: a refund or free corrected report is given if there is a mistake on our side — a calculation error, or a report made with details different from what you submitted.
• Wrong details from your side: if you notice a spelling or date mistake within 7 days of delivery, we send one corrected report free.
• Interpretations: because reports are personal and delivered digitally, we cannot refund for disagreement with an interpretation once delivered.
• ₹1,999 course (pre-booking): full refund any time before the course PDF is sent to you.
• ₹5,101 pack: full refund if cancelled 24 hours before the consultation; one free reschedule.

How to ask

Message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID. Approved refunds are returned to the same UPI account within 7 working days.
